Keystone’s special camps are designed so that wrestlers of all skill levels can improve maximally under the guidance of an outstanding staff. All camps stress technique, competition and training, and all areas of championship wrestling are covered. The pursuit of excellence at all times, sportsmanship, and positive
mental attitude are emphasized in all camps.

The
Technique Camp format meets the needs of all wrestlers entering
grades
6-12 from beginner through advanced levels. The group concentrates
on instruction with three instructional sessions daily including
special sessions in the evening.
ACHIEVE maximum improvement of technique through our unique drilling

FOCUS on technique development and refinement through hard drilling
in two technique emphasis sessions.
WORK in
specialized, flexible, evening sessions on training, conditioning,
and competition.

wrestling. (You can attend competition camp as an individual
wrestler, or along with your team)

Designed
for the experienced varsity wrestler (9th-12th grade) who wants
in intensified program that combines technique instruction,
drill sessions, running, strength training, competition, and
winning wrestling psychology. It also includes Freestyle and
Greco-Roman wrestling and emphasizes both physical and mental
conditioning and drilling. This group will learn the various
methods of training by experiencing them as they learn to work
like a champion through an intensified program. Wrestlers
choosing the Training Camps should report in good physical
condition.

The
Junior and Advanced Junior Camps are designed so that young
wrestlers will have a positive experience on and off the
mat under the directions of an expert staff experienced
in the development of young champions. Our Keystone Junior
Camp goal is to teach discipline, basic and advanced techniques
(depending on experience level), and the will to win. Although
wrestlers will have three wrestling sessions daily, they
will be exposed to other activities to ensure a well rounded
camp experience. At Keystone we make it a priority to make
sure the young wrestlers have fun, as one of the main goals
is to make sure wrestlers have a positive experience so
they continue in this great sport. Our resident youth staff
was specifically chosen because of their ability to work
with young wrestlers.

- 5 Day Advanced Junior Camp
The
Advanced Junior Camp is designed for the experienced elementary
wrestler. The pace and intensity of this group will be greater
than that of the regular Junior 4 day camp.
INTENSIFY your
pace and build upon your existing wrestling skills through
3 daily wrestling sessions and a variety of athletic activities.Open to experienced young wrestlers ages
8-12.

enrolled in the upperweight camp will work as a group with
some of the most successful upperweights in the country
- Open
to all wrestlers over 170. Wrestlers in the upperweight camp
will be divided into sub groups to maximize learning

high percentage techniques that work for you and are specific
to your body type
- Upperweight
Camp wrestlers will work in small groups with our Keystone
Staff including 2x Olympian and National Champ Kerry McCoy,
NCAA finalist Pat Cummins, Penn State wrestler Josh Walker,
and other top upperweights
- Master
upperweight techniques from the best upperweights in the
country

upperweight camp option is offered with each camp
